Definition
a highly grammaticalized strategy for encoding the relation in major propositional acts ( modifier– referent, predicate– argument), in which the two elements are fused in a single morpheme. Example: Lakhota ina 'my mother' fuses 'my' and 'mother'. (Section 4.5)
