Definition
a personal pronoun used for contextual - reference to a person that is neither the speaker nor an addressee, or group of persons that does not include the speaker or addressee. Example: they is a third person pronoun, referring to a group, none of whom is the speaker or the addressee. (Section 3.1.1)
