the construction that expresses a thetic information packaging. Example: TRUMP was elected! (with accent on Trump), uttered on November 9, 2016, is thetic, in that this information is expressed as all new – in this case because it was unexpected at the time. (Sections 10.1.2, 11.1, 11.3.1)
